Ingredients
  

Zucchini Noodles
  • 4 medium Zucchini Spiralized
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Chopped

Method
 

Prepare Zucchini Noodles
  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles.
Cook Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  3. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss gently for 2 minutes until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil.
Serve
  1. Plate the zucchini noodles and top with additional fresh basil if desired.
