Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the husked corn directly on the grill grates.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush it generously with the sauce.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, lime zest, and salt on top of the corn.
