Ingredients

Steak and Vegetables
  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for grilling
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Mix well.
Marinate the Steak
  1. Add the cubed steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Prepare the Skewers
  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
Grill the Kabobs
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches desired doneness (145°F for medium rare).
Serve
  1. Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
