  • 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Toss the steak cubes in half of the dressing and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add oil and sear marinated steak cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy yet juicy.
  5. Return cooked bites to the bowl with remaining dressing and toss to coat.
  6. Plate the steak bites and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
