Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them skin-side down until crisp and golden.
  3. In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil and cook orzo pasta according to package instructions.
  4. While the orzo cooks, mince garlic and add it to the pan with salmon, cooking for a few more minutes.
  5. Once the orzo is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley into the orzo.
  7. Serve the salmon on top of the lemon orzo, with lemon wedges on the side, and sprinkle additional parsley on top.
