Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs cooked
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 4 medium Red potatoes halved
  • 2 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
Water
  • 4 qt Water

Method
 

Prepare the broth
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and garlic.
  2. Add potatoes and onion, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and seafood
  1. Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Add shrimp and crab legs, and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add mussels and cook until they open, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Carefully strain the seafood and vegetables and transfer to a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve hot.
