  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 oz provolone cheese cut into strips
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate and flatten each biscuit slightly.

  4. Place filling on each biscuit, fold over, and pinch edges closed.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a saucepan over medium heat, simmer beef broth with Worcestershire sauce for about five minutes.
  7. Serve hot with au jus for dipping.
