  • 4 pounds beef ribs bone-in
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce for glazing

Method
