  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 fillets salmon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine softened butter, white miso paste, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well mixed.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the miso butter mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
