Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce, reserving some for basting.
Grilling
  1. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Baste the chicken with additional BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  3. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
