  • 1 pound red potatoes halved
  • 3 ears fresh corn cut into thirds

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss potatoes and corn with olive oil and half of the Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes and corn on one side of a large baking sheet.
  4. In the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil and Old Bay seasoning; arrange on the other side of the pan.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over everything before serving.
