  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
