Method
 

Baking Meatballs
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, and egg until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into golf-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Making Gravy
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in cornstarch mixed with water until thickened.
  2. Add baked meatballs to the gravy and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
