- Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in the cream cheese frosting until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each chilled ball halfway into the chocolate and return to parchment paper to set. Add sprinkles if desired.
