  • 1/2 cup heavy cream heated until simmering
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. In a heatproof bowl, place chopped dark chocolate. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour it over the chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
