  • 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz chocolate melts dark or milk
  • sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and prepare the cake batter as per package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely in the pan.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in peanut butter and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt chocolate melts according to package directions. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then return to parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
