  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese for topping
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup More cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the beef and potato mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture, then top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden.
