Method
Prepare the Bourbon Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the bourbon glaze over them. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the Salmon
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes, then brush with additional glaze. Flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and drizzle with the remaining bourbon glaze before serving.
